To get a replacement credit card use one of the following options:
1. contact us at 320-252-5393 during business hours; after business hours call 866-839-3409
2. email us at memberservice@greatriverfcu.org
3. use Secure Chat through the mobile app or online banking.
4. or Secure Support messaging through the mobile app or online banking.
**IMPORTANT: With any of these options we will need to verify your mailing address. If it has recently changed we will require that you call in to verify your identity with us before updating the address.
