• When logged in to online banking select “move money” and then “External Transfer.” When logged in to the app select “more” at the bottom of the screen and then “External Transfer.”
  • Accept the “terms of service” and select “sign up now.”
  • Enter the primary member’s social security number.
  • Validate your email address by selecting the link “validate email address.” Enter the code that is sent to you and select “submit.”
  • For your first external transfer you can input the information for the transfer you will be making. Then, to validate the accounts, there will be two “test withdrawals and deposits” (under $1 each) within the following 3 business days sent through to your account to test that the external transfer is set up correctly. You will receive an email with steps for validating the accounts.
  • Once the account setup has been validated your external transfer is ready to send.
